In the darkness of the polar night, writer and photographer Ilona Wisniewska travels to two of the most remote settlements in northern Greenland, where distant geopolitics and the very present climate crisis threaten the traditions and culture of the indigenous people. There, she is welcomed into the homes of the Inughuit community and shares their days, their rituals, their conversations, bearing witness to a way of life increasingly at risk.
